Called on the day of, in the evening, and was surprised by how accomodating the receptionist was with my booking.
Great communication and very professional.
The space was clean, relaxing and spacious. Also massage tables were in individual rooms - not divided by curtains, so it was private and quiet.
The massage was great! Very efficient for a 1 hour massage, and as someone’s who often gets massages, I could tell the masseuse knew what she was doing! She was cleverly able to pin point tender areas in my feet without me mentioning it! I was super impressed.
Afterward on the way out the receptionist checked to see how the massage was, can tell there is an genuine attentiveness to customer experience.
Afterwards I felt relaxed and ready to sleep.
Will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

I have been to Bliss a couple of times and have had great massages. Its clean, has a nice atmosphere and will be back.
Great massages at this place but they need heating in the rooms to keep customers at a comfortable temperature especially on a cold night.
The rooms are in extreme need of a good clean and freshen up also. The rooms look like storage rooms instead of a relaxed vibe unfortunately.
Clean, professional, accommodating and range of therapists. This is our go to massage place. On occasion we get masseuse who is not as experienced or strong as we like but booking in advance solves this. Easy parking on the corner of Keilor road is a bonus!
